“Why are there so many 
policemen?” At tourist info I got the answer: „Today an important bicycle running takes place in Oslo. 15 rounds through the town, with Andy Schleck and famous Norwegians”. Really, I saw an exciting race with enthousiastic fans.
In the afternoon I had a look at the harbour area, around the parliament and the resistant museum.
